Forge & Flow is led by senior engineering practitioners. For larger engagements we bring in vetted designers and engineers, while technical ownership and accountability stay with us.
Security as a habit, not a phase
Our founder's background is in cybersecurity as well as engineering, so data handling, access and threat modelling are part of how every system is designed.
Honest scoping
We recommend the simplest thing that works. Sometimes that is Shopify instead of a custom build, or no AI at all. We would rather lose a project than sell the wrong one.
Mithilesh Pandit, founder
Mithilesh is an engineer who builds backend platforms, integrations and AI systems that have to keep working after launch, with a habit of doing the unglamorous reliability work that decides whether software survives real users.
He holds a master’s in Cybersecurity Management from the University of Warwick, with a background in penetration testing and digital forensics. That security grounding is why Forge & Flow treats prompt injection, data handling and auditability as engineering requirements, not afterthoughts.
He also builds Argus, our runtime observability research for AI agents.
