Privacy notice
What we collect when you contact us through this website, and what we do with it. Short, because we collect very little.
Who we are
Forge & Flow Solutions is a partnership firm registered at B 102, MontVert Belair, Bhugaon, Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra 412115, India. We decide what happens to the information described here. Questions about it go to business@forgeandflowsolutions.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, the tools you use and your message.
Our server's access logs record your IP address, the time and your browser type. We use them only to keep the form working and to block abusive traffic, and they are overwritten as they fill up.
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
Please don't send sensitive data
Do not put passwords, API keys, access tokens or your customers' personal data in the form or in a first email. If a project needs access to systems or data, we agree how that is shared once we are working together.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use your message to train AI models.
Where it is kept
Form messages are received and stored on a server we run in India, then emailed to our team through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES). Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, those services' own privacy terms also apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and to keep normal business records. If we end up working together, project information is governed by our agreement with you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing business@forgeandflowsolutions.com. We will confirm once it is done. Depending on where you live, laws such as the UK and EU GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act may give you further rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
